Our standard processing time is 1-2 days. This includes preparing and shipping your order within this timeframe. The delivery time depends on the shipping option you selected during checkout.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your shipment.
All sales are final, meaning refunds are only issued in the case of damaged products upon receipt. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving it, providing photos of the damaged item. We will then assist you with either a refund or a replacement.
If you ordered the wrong size, a new order must be placed. Refunds and exchanges are applicable only to damaged/defective items or incorrect shipments.

Please double-check your address before placing an order, including apartment or dorm numbers. Once the package leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for it. In case of loss or theft, contact your local post office promptly.
